The First International Forum on Creative Handicraft Industries kicked off in Muscat, the capital of Oman, on January 22.
Organized by Oman’s Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, the forum will run until January 26.
Azerbaijan is represented at the event by the State Tourism Agency, with institutions from various countries operating in the creative handicraft industries also in attendance.
Rashad Ismayilov, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Oman, together with Halimat bint Rashid al-Zari, Chairperson of Oman’s Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, visited the Azerbaijani stand and viewed the handicraft products on display.
