“Enhancing international partnerships in Information Technology (IT) marks an important milestone in the development of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center (ACC). These collaborations expand local specialists' access to international certifications while further strengthening human resource capabilities in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence across the country,” said Farid Osmanov, Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan's Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), as he addressed the 7th graduation ceremony of the ACC.

He stated that through cooperation with CompTIA, an international IT certification organization, the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center has gained the status of an accredited center. Thanks to this, support was provided for the international certification of more than 250 graduates, with over 230 of them successfully completing the certification process.

Farid Osmanov noted that the partnership has entered a new stage, with the launch of collaboration with CompTIA in cybersecurity for artificial intelligence systems. Under this framework, ACC graduates are expected to enhance their knowledge and skills in AI security while expanding their access to international certification opportunities.

Additionally, the IDDA Chairman of the Board emphasized that cooperation with Snyk, an international cybersecurity company specializing in software security, has helped establish a professional community focused on software security. According to him, this initiative will contribute to applying modern approaches to secure software development across the country and to expanding the exchange of expertise among specialists.

Farid Osmanov also pointed out that through CyberPark, a partnership has also been established with Anthropic, one of the world's leading AI companies. He noted that this partnership would create new opportunities for integrating advanced AI technologies into the cybersecurity ecosystem, as well as for developing innovative AI-based applications.

He also stated that the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center has partnered with the European Cyber Cup (EC2), a prestigious European cybersecurity competition. This cooperation will expand the participation of Azerbaijani teams in European-level contests, promote local talent on international platforms, and further consolidate the country's position in cybersecurity.

Farid Osmanov also revealed that a new initiative will be implemented starting this year: "For the first time, the five graduates who complete the program with the highest results will be sent for a one-month internship at leading companies operating abroad. This initiative will enable them to gain experience in an international work environment, become familiar with advanced technologies and approaches, and apply their acquired knowledge and skills in Azerbaijan. Furthermore, this initiative will contribute significantly to bringing new projects, innovative solutions, and professional knowledge to the country in the years ahead."
