Elon Musk has filed a petition with the US Federal Election Commission (FEC) to register the political party "America".
Axar.az reports that the relevant document has been posted on the agency's portal.
According to the statement, the party will be called "America Party" (AMEP).
The petition was sent on July 6. It is currently listed as "unprocessed" in the FEC's register of petitions and applications.
