Karate athlete Bita Zoqian from Hamedan has won a bronze medal at the World University Games in Brazil.
Axar.az informs, citing sports media reports, Zoqian defeated opponents from the United States, Turkiye, and Saudi Arabia on her way to the podium.
She was ultimately beaten by a French competitor in the tournament.
