Axar.az reports that Kyrylo Budanov, head of the General Intelligence Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, said this in an interview with foreign media.
He said that Ukraine cannot fight direct attacks, at least considering Russia's numerical superiority.
According to Budanov, for this reason, the application of technical innovations on the battlefield is very important:
"Technology will be so important in this war that we will not fight the war to the last citizen."
