Sending NATO units to Ukraine could lead to a dangerous escalation of the situation, but this step is not necessary.

Axar.az reports that this opinion was expressed by British Foreign Minister David Cameron in an interview with "Sky News" TV channel.

"I would not send NATO troops to Ukraine, because it would be a dangerous escalation. There is no need. We have trained more than 60,000 Ukrainian soldiers so far. I think it would be wrong for NATO soldiers to kill Russian soldiers," he said.
