Tamel Karamollaoghlu, the chairman of the Happiness Party of Turkiye, has announced that he will resign.

Axar.az reports that the politician said this on the air of TV5.

In his statement to the TV channel, Karamollaoghlu said that despite leaving the party leadership, he will not leave politics.

"I will be the biggest supporter and assistant of whoever becomes the leader of our friends."

He attributed his resignation from the chairmanship to his health.
