Western countries continue to discuss the operational details of sending peacekeeping forces to Ukraine.
Axar.az informs that this was reported by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
"We have reached an agreement; now we are moving to the operational phase," Starmer said.
He added that the coalition of Western states will strengthen Ukraine's defenses and is ready to defend it on land, at sea, and in the air if necessary.
