Lavrov will skip Istanbul talks

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will not participate in the talks to be held in Istanbul tomorrow.

Axar.az reports that it should be noted that earlier information stated that Russia would be represented at the talks by Sergey Lavrov and Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov.
