Elkhan Mammadov, the director of FIFA's European National Associations Department, has been appointed to a new position.
Axar.az reports according to the organization's press service, he has been appointed as the Director of Member Associations at FIFA.
Gelson Fernandes has been appointed as the deputy to the former Executive Vice President of AFFA.
It is noted that Mammadov will begin his new duties starting November 1.
