President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva met with Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on May 3.
Axar.az reports that after the meeting, Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia presented the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church, 1st degree, “Holy Princess Olga” to Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
It should be noted that the First Lady of Azerbaijan was awarded this order by the decree of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia for her contribution to the preservation of traditional values in society.
